Metrix performed extensive marketing research which led to redefining the Results Weight Loss brand. Metrix worked with the company’s existing logo, but reworked its tagline from “We’re Doing It!” to “Safe. Natural. Sustainable.” which focus group research had revealed to be the three primary issues for the target market. Additionally, Metrix redesigned the company’s website utilizing a positive, upscale look; and developed television, radio and newspaper advertising campaigns totaling nearly $2.5 million. Metrix produced branding documents and the company’s first marketing plan.
