Detail-oriented. Inquisitive. A real “people person.”
Her colleagues know her as “Millie” or “Allie,” and she’s as warm and personable at your first meeting as she is when you’ve known her for years. Alison gets to know clients on a personal level and relates to them. Don’t be surprised if she checks in on you and your family, or asks for updates on what’s new in your life. But don’t let the personable nature fool you. She’s ruthlessly efficient, and no detail is too insignificant to escape her attention. Which is another reason clients love her!
Trained as a teacher (she actually has a Master of Science degree in elementary education), Alison joined Metrix to deliver youth programming for the Not Me, Not Now® program. But her responsibilities have grown as her experience has grown. Alison now is responsible for account services delivery on key accounts, and applies her considerable skill as a project manager to her own portfolio of accounts.
A graduate of Purdue University, she’s active in the local Purdue Alumni Club, her church and is without comparison as a chocolate chip cookie maker. She and her husband Scott live in Penfield with their two children.
