Chances are when you call Metrix and Joanna answers the phone, you’ve just caught her in the middle of humming whatever song is playing on the radio. No worries, this gal can multi-task like nobody’s business! A fierce attention to detail makes Joanna remarkable whether she is carefully proofreading your latest brochure or website copy or balancing the books at Metrix.

Extensive experience from years of working at the Big Yellow Box, Joanna knows how to deliver great customer service. Perhaps she is so efficient on the telephone because Joanna uses shorthand to ensure she doesn’t miss a word you say when you call for service! Joanna is responsible for account services billing, proofreading, account payables, and keeping the Metrix office shipshape.

A graduate of Monroe Community College, Joanna volunteers her time on the Board of Directors for Erna’s Hope to support women with ovarian cancer. She’s mom to one son, Jim, and lives in Gates, NY. She enjoys listening to most kinds of music (especially The Beatles!), dancing, and spending time with her family and friends.
