Metrix performed extensive marketing research which led to redefining the Results! Weight Loss brand. We worked with the company’s existing logo but reworked its tagline from “We’re Doing It!” to “Safe. Natural. Sustainable.” which focus group research had revealed to be the three primary issues for the target market. Additionally, Metrix redesigned the company’s website utilizing a positive, upscale look; and developed television, radio, and newspaper advertising campaigns totaling nearly $2.5 million. Metrix produced branding documents and the company’s first marketing plan.
The redesign of the website made a dramatic difference in its effectiveness as a marketing tool. The average length of website visits went from 17 seconds up to 3 minutes 45 seconds plus a huge improvement in the navigation to the contact and sign-up pages.
